Another birthday card! September explodes with birthdays for me. This was for a friend in my office building. I used French Manor for the dress form and Forever Young for the hat and shoes. The paisley paper was something I had in my stack. I swear I'm going to get better organized so I know what paper I use!
The form, hat and shoes were cut out of The Paper Studio stack. I inked the edges of all of the cuts and then added some little blue flower shaped crystals to the hat and shoes for a little
bling and some ribbon to the waist of the form! The Happy Birthday stamp is from Hero Arts.
